Hi ya’ll! Are you looking for a new recipe to try for dinner? Something that’s easy to cook, yet super delicious and on top of it all, healthy as well.
Serve this Texas zucchini casserole up for a weekend brunch or a lighter supper and you’ll be wondering where it has been all your life! This one has it all. The fresh zucchini, tasty crescent crust, kick of chili flakes and roasted Hatch chilies, and meaty chopped deli ham.
Cheesy mozzarella melts throughout and chopped onions and seasonings give a boost of flavor. Make this ahead for a planned pot-luck or a weekend breakfast, as this one will be your new go-to recipe!

I would love some of these recipes but even though you have the Pinterest symbol available I am not able to use it. Nothing comes up to save when I click on it. I miss out on a lot so unless you can fix that I will have to unsubscribe. I really don’t want to have to do that so H-E-L-P !!!!!!
Christine, when this happens I send myself the recipe in messenger. Just click the white “forward arrow” at the top right of your screen. Then you can send it to yourself.
If you click on the “printer” icon on the end (two down from Pinterest) you will be able to see the recipe.
Just goggle…Texas zucchini casserole….and there is the recipe.
